Grievance Redressal Cell

A grievance redressal cell has been formed as per UGC guidelines with an aim to provide the mechanism for redressal of students’ grievances. The students may lodge their grievances in written mode or in on-line mode where they feel comfort. A locked dropbox has been placed in front of the Central Library, where students may put their grievances in writing mode otherwise they lodge their complaints using the email id grievance@sonamukhicollege.ac.in  Depending on the nature of complaints, the confidentiality of the subject matters of the grievances are maintained.  Students can communicate with the convenor to track the status of the complaints without any hesitation. Students are advised to put their grievance over electronically especially during this Covid- 19 Pandemic situation.  If any student feels hesitation, he/she may make contact with his/her departmental teacher for suggestions/advice/guidance. But, in case of any grievance (at college premises or college concerned), students must have to communicate with Grievance Redressal Cell, Sonamukhi College.
